Operating alongside the Pavilion Theatre , the Bournemouth International Centre ( BIC ) is one of the most prestigious venues for conferences, exhibitions, entertainment and events. Owned and managed by the Bournemouth Borough Council , the BIC is a large, modern venue where pop concerts, musicals, exhibitions, ballroom dancing, conferences, birthday parties, and much more take place on a regular basis all throughout the year. Nestled right in the heart of Bournemouth , there are public transport links close by.
THE PIER THEATRE
Just like its sister venues, the Pavilion Theatre and the Bournemouth International Centre , The Pier Theatre also hosts a range of functions and events. While the BIC welcomes touring bands, comedy stars and West End musicals, the Pier Theatre leans more to hosting performances of home-grown and touring theatrical talent. Most notably, it is the traditional venue for seaside ends of pier plays which pack the house every season.
